I have been facing frequent disconnection problem of Broadband internet since 6 month. I have raised seveal complaints with different compaint number, the issue has not solved yes and they are asuming the complaints has been resolved and closing all the complaints. Recently I have a raised a compaint with complaint number 3128852. Now the customer care says that the compaint has been closed withoput confirming with me that issue has resolved (the fact that the issue still persists, I have feb up raising a compaint every fornight, do we have any solution for this? I have been paying thier bill promptly since six years.
