Not getting brodband connection

I am Pradipkumar Rane.

I have applied for a new broadband connection on 11th Jan.and my

application number is TBLR 205438.

I paid rupees 500 as installation charges to your executive Mr. T L Reddy (Mobile Number--945572932) and he told me that I will get connection in 3 working days.

After waiting for 7 days I call up to your customer care number 080 45554444 in

Bangalore on 18th Jan. I registered a complaint.(Complaint number--42044768)

Then after I registered 3 more complaints (Complaint numbers--42164180, 42275970, 42358724) through different routes like customer care, email address ([email protected]), Nodal officer. Everybody promised to resolve the complaint within 1 day but situation remained same. Every time I have to give all my details while ragistering complaints. I spend almost 100 rupees to call customer care.

Every time they asked me to contact Mr. Sharad, Manager (Mobile no.--9845519162). He never responded to my complaints.

Now today after 16 days after paying 500 rupees as a installation charges, still I am waiting to get Broadband connection.
