I've raised complaint to airtel for the broadband connection not working and the complaint number is 46424780. No one is attending to this problem for more than 3 days.
Whenever we call through alternate mobile number AIRTEL is charging us, though both services are provided by same company. Another constraint is that it is not easy to get to the customer care executive since the menu options are a great constraint. Though we enter details through menu option (land line number), the executive will still ask those details again.
the same problem happened in April also, wherein the same scenario happened and it took 7 days to resolve the problem after many follow ups. the complaint number that time was 45532770.
