My airtel landline number is 080-41733170.I requested Plan change on 6th July. That time it was told ne that plan will be changed from next billing cycle That is 26th july Keeping in view i stared using net. But They didnot changed the plan & imposed bill of some 1500 Rs.

When complained thier coustomer care has told they will revert back charges as this was mistake and we were not able to change the plan. But again next month they imposed some 1800 Rs charges. Inspite of calling 20-25 times they didnot responded I wrote mail some 10-15 times to appelate and also nodal officer But till today charges are not reverted back.

So much of MENTAL TENSION IN CHANGE OF PLAN AND ALSO UNNESSARY BILL ALSO.My mobile number also i updated in thier account but no response thier escalation officer, coustomer care assured me to revert back amount But every month That amount is added in bill with late charges.
