Not able to get BroadBand Connection

Below is the detailed complaint i have regarding Airtel. I am feeling like i am getting to much harassed by Airtel People. Customer Care don;t listen and work. Sales Guy don;t work the way customer want.

This seems to me that I am talking to some wall or something. I am not getting any reply or seeing any action.

Does Airtel works like this? I got much better services in NCR Delhi/Gurgaon.

Here In Bangalore, I am facing so many issues to just get internet connection. I am surprised that None of your Call Center Guy & Sales Guy even understand the customer needs. They work in their own way as that suits them without bothering about customer.

Please take appropriate action against all the responsible person, I have person names & contact number who all are dealing this issue.

Dear Airtel Grievances Cell,

Just to add more details regarding complain I send yesterday.

Reference Number for various calls made to Customer Care (We receive different responses from different persons) are:

1. 27868526

2. 27964300

3. 27682593

Change of ownership is still not reflected in many places.

Yesterday again on calling to Customer Care, Only number get activated.

But broadband still need to start and for that Customer care person asks us to pay some 1024/- amount to get it activated.

On asking about details, he denied to provide that.

Requesting you to please take action against Branch In-charge of Bellandur location, Bangalore.

Address over which this phone is present as of now:

“NIRUTHI”, Kristal Tiara Villa No. S-24, Ground Floor,

Belandur Main Road, Near G-Mart.

Subject: Regarding Not starting services even after repeated followups but bill is counting day by day.

Dear Airtel (“The Ombudsman”),

I have applied for change in ownership for landline connection (Phone Number – 08041159627 in my name – Ajeet Singh Sachan) around 20 days back. And also requested for adding additional services (broad-band) with that connection.

We got reply that, once your ownership request would be processed you would be able to change your plan.

Surprisingly My plan has been updated and bill has been started without enabling the service (broad-band). Also adding to surprise we didn’t receive any confirmation call from customer care for appropriate service got installed on given location.

We have made call to Call center various times and every time we received the different response by each one even after providing reference number (REF Number - 27964300).

Hence my request to you is please acknowledge the complain and take action against those who are responsible for this.
