I WANTED TO CHANGE MY BROADBAND CONNECTION TO MY FRIEND'S NAME. SO I ASKED THE PERSON WHO COMES AND COLLECTS THE PAYMENT. HE SAID THAT THERE IS NO WAY OF CHANGING THE NAME. BUT WHEN I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAID ITS POSSIBLE. SO I'M CONFUSED. I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHETHER IT'S POSSIBLE TO CHANGE OR NOT. IF SO PLEASE SAY ME WHAT THE PROCEDURE IS. VERY URGENT.
