Hi,
I have requested for a new Airtel Broad Band connection and my request number 1038223.
I have paid my 3months rental in advance as well.
So far I have not got my connection. For almost 3 weeks I am calling customer care center and till date no proper response.
I spoke to various executives and I have the conversation details too. I have the complete recording of all the conversation
After series of attempts finally got an update mentioning that new broad band connection to my location is not possible and they will refund the amount with in 1 working week.
Its been almost close to 8 working days and I have not got the refund cheque
Its been totally disappointing to see the customer care executive reply to the calls.
Can some Airtel representatives in this forum look into my case and update me properly?
