Dear sir, I had been using airtel broadband connection, with phone no 46053979 at 2/15, shantiniketan, new delhi -21 . I called up 121 to get this connection disconnecte in march, which was done so, and i shifted to palam vihar gurgaon, where in i again took a new connection from airtel, tel no 0124-4275517 . The last bill amount of 2113 rs was paid for the previos connection.

Even though the last abill amount was paid for march, and the shantiniketan house has been demolished, for reconstruction, i am being harrased by your representatives for outstanding rental charges for april, may etc. Earlier the tele representatives, used to apologise for not updating their systems, but today i got a call saying, that i need to personally go to your okhla office for dissconnection. When i expressed my inability to go to okhla, for getting a connection dissconnected in a house which does not exist from april onwards, they are asking me to go to palam vihaar, vyapaar kendra office.

kindly look into the mater and do the needfull, as this is causing me harrasment, and being an old airtel customer, does not leave a very good taste. Dont expect airtell to act like a govt owned company.
