I applied for an Airtel Broadband connection on 12/08 through a Mr. Santosh Prajapati (9004027135). He told me that he would get approval to ensure that I get the connection in 3-4 days flat. An executive came on 13/08 to me residence to ensure that it was feasible to put a connection in my residence in Hiranandani Estate, Thane (W). Its been 8 days and Mr. Prajapati has no clue when the facility would be provided to me. He has even started avoiding my phone calls as he has no concrete details. He tells me that Airtel is introducing some 'new technology' which is causing the delay. I have been sitting at home, days through to get this done, useless.

To my dismay, when I called up the office of the nodal officer Mr. Bothra in Mumbai, a lady by the name Bharti was least interested in what I had to say. She was completely distracted and I had to explain my case to her twice. They have collected all the documents from me and now I do not know whom to approach.
