Not providing connection

I had applied airtelconnection 1month back. The sales person took a cheaque for Rs 500/- and the necessary document. He requested for another document from my premises owners association president. I made that also ready And called them several times, no one from Airtel turnedup to collect the same. GETTING FRUSTRATED.

Each time different offcer will handle and no one will take the responsibility. Please read the response they provided.

As sales person insisted, I have collected the necessary document from the

Aliens association president. Pls send out the representative on thursday and

collect the necessary doc and provide me the broad band connection ASAP.
