Delay in giving Refund

I am living in Chennai at Villivakkam. I have applied for broad band connection by paying a deposit of Rs.1000/-but since the signal was almost non existent in my locality I was unable to get connection and after two days of non stop complaint from me nobody bothered to do anything and the broad band connection was not functioning at all. Hence I cancelled and they registered new complaint ignoring my old compliants. After 3 days they removed the entire set from my home. In spite of my repeated mails they are yet to refund my deposit and to add insult to injury they have sent be bill for 22 days and also charged for calls whereas no telephone instrument was installed in my house. I have reported to Nodal officer and they have registered my complaint under register number 2396700 but nothing is happening.

I request you to kindly help me to get my refund.
