Landline connection is not shifting

Hi, I have logged the request for shifting of my airtel landline number with broadband from my old house to new house (which is only 1 km far from old house) Vasundhara, Ghaziabad in Airtel Costomer Care on 24th August. The complaint number was 2877912 and got deadline 26th August by Airtel for completing the shifting. But till 27 its not done. I have called many times in Airtel customer care from 27 August to 29 August but always got reply this will be done today. One of Customer representative told me that my complaint was not logged correctly so she has raised a new complaint num 3163304 on 29th August. She has given me the deadline 30 th August but still not done. Then after having fatique, i have called in Nodal officer of airtel (to esclate the issue). I have also called many times in Nodal office but still not got any satisfy answer. Few of them also told me deadline but still not achieved by airtel. I am surprised what is the problem why it is delaying. I never expect such type of service by Airtel. Please some one help on this and resolved my problem asap.
