It has been more than a week that we raised complaint of both telephone and broadband not working and still noone from airtel has even cared to visit.
And the joke from airtel is they simply closed the ticket with NO RESOLUTION and Noone coming to my premise.
I would like to know when no technician has visited the place how did the ticket got closed with any XYZ reason?
First time they simply mentioned - internal wiring problem (which is not true). This is standard trick played by Airtel technicians. 3-4 months back, one of them said same thing. When I raised ticket again, another technician from Airtel came and said internal wiring is fine and he mentioned that most of technician say this to avoid doing work.
Then on 16th dec friday, I escalated and spoke to floor manger over call. she re-opened the ticket and mentioned there is some problem with DP and committed to solve it by monday 19th dec
on 20th dec, when i again called up, i was again told ticket is closed because resolution is done. Irony is that my BB and phone are still not working
Noone even cared to come or call up to check whether phone /bb is working or not.
I think airtel is doing a joke and not a running business and simply fooling customer.
Noone visits from airtel and they simply close the ticket.
I am seriously thinking to file complaint in consumer forum because this delay has caused lot of inconvinience to me and airtel kept on telling me lies and they are still charging me for services
Mr Sunil Mittal- Can you please focus and improve services for your indian customers and not fool them by closing complaint calls without even providing a resoltion and that too after so called escalations in your company.
I WOULD SAY AIRTEL SERVICES IS REALLY BECOMING PATHETIC.
