Dear sir,

i had a airtel broad band airtel connection at my old address n 478 sec 25, noida for which i have made payments till 24/09/09.

i start requsting airtel customor care from 15/09/09 to disconnect the airtel services hence i have to shift to other place, but there was no satisfactory response from the service provider.on 24/09/09 i got call from custmore care for depositing rs 2800/- to get the service stop and a refrence no 99599801 dated 24/09/09 was given to me for the purpose..

in turn i have deposited rs 2800/- as cash vide receipt no ca 7910039 dated 24 sep 09, time 1906 hrs.

i have shifted from the palce where the service was given on 25/09/09 since i have sold that flat.

now again and again getting sms, and callls for payments of three months bills from sep to dec 09 is not under stood.
