Promised gift not delivered

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your attention that I have not received my Airtel Gift (Reebok Watch) even after my repeated complaints and your subsequent assurances. Last time (more than 15 days ago) I talked with your nodal officer, she said that I would receive it within a week and I should not pester too much since the gift is of trivial value. I guess you also accept that a gift is a gift, no matter what its value is.

It has been more than two months that I am chasing this issue and would be highly elated if I am finally receiving my gift. Being from a telecom company myself, I think I know how we ought to treat our customers.

I can even collect it from your nearest “relationship centre” if courier is becoming an issue for you.

I expect a speedy resolution of this petty complaint.
