I am tanu sehrawat D/o Mr.dharamvir sehrawat. I have prepaid airtel number which was converted from postpaid to prepaid in the month of october. During conversion of connection i had already submit my documents.but after about 15 to 20 days airtel service has barred my phone calls by giving me resaon that i have not submitted my documents. So, after that i visited again airtel office in BALAJI TELECOM, building no 1, munjal complex ROHTAK.
i told them about my problem and they admitted that this was happened because of some internal problem .but after few hours my service starts again.
Now on 30th November i faced this problem again with same problem.
please notice my complaint and take some serious action.
