Complaint against irresponsibble executive executives and wrong information provide by executives

I have started NOP (Net on Phone) service on my Airtel mobaile no . 9096038788

when i started the service the customer care executives told me that you will get unlimited browsing & unlimited dawonloading through the system but after activation of service within few days i found that i could not acces Maps & could not dawonlod videos & songs through this system then i told this problem to customer care executive & techincle dept. but they are refusing to take responsibility and no one providing me satisfied solution but then after i inform customer care executive time to time but they also anable to provide proper informatio. My mobaile bill is due sience 14thnov but i going to make payment after getting proper solution
