Incomplete information causing inconvenience

I received a msg from airtel company telling me about an offer of a recharge of Rs98 which will lower my calling tariffs but nowhere they mentioned that my present schemes on the phone will be removed when i recharge by this amount.

because of this i am being forced to change my cell phone number as this plan is very expensive and the company is not willing to provide me my previous plan
