The NMC had conducted a drive to check the illegal towers and had sealed 104 illegal towers of airtel. Due to this, the consumers and airtel customers had to face the music including me for 7 days. My cell no. is 9860215902.
I m an airtel customer for more than a year now and I joined the service because of its goodwill. But its not true for now. Also, the Airtel authorities did'nt take any steps to check the illegality and on the top of it, they held the consumers as ransom to the NMC. Due to their carelessness, I had to suffer many losses of my tutions due to time changes, conveyance and time.
On all customer's behalf, I urge you to take strict action against Airtel and make the Company pay the customers who suffered losses a compensation of at least Rs.10000. Only after such actions the authorities will get serious.
