NON ACTIVATION OF SCHEME

I have recharged my mobile with RS .395/- for using unlimited internet, on 01 dec 09 (20.30hrs) at my no.9571724050 and still i have been charge for using internet on my cell, that should not be happen after being recharged with 395/-.i called customer care number of times but negative response from there side . being a defence personal i m not getting time to contact customer care everytime so plz resolve my problem bcoz i m in field area where mobile is only source of information, i m giving my full particulars for further refrence,
