While downloading at night Airtel has erroneously deducted my mbs from the main GPRS account which had 100mb balance. I intimated the folks at AIRTEL after losing 50mb. They said the problem would be resolved by 19th DEC. Most Likely it wasn't. That night i downloaded again and now they not only emptied my gprs balance they also did empty my main balance. I called customer care again. They said they were sorry. I said them dont be sorry just give my money and mbs back. I was told the problem would be solved in 24 hrs. You know it dint. And now the customer care service doesn't even work.
I am really angry over AIRTEL's culpable negligence. And i want my money back!!
