Problem in retrieving mms

Hello sir,

i am not able to open my mms inbox. i got my username and password via sms from the airtel, but when i am trying to login, its displaying message like- incorrect username or password.

as it is known, picture msg. are automatically deleted in 14 days, so help me, so that i could see my mms.
