Mobile phone disconnected without any reason

Dear Sir/ madam,

I am using an airtel tel no 9818822074. The airtel executive has come on 16th Dec and took my pending payment. I have given payment by cheque and credit card both and receipt was given by Airtel executive. Through credit card I have given Rs.9000 recipt no 1756751 and through cheque I have given Rs. 4500 receipt no 1728525.

Both payments got cleared by 18th Dec as per my bank account and credit card statement. Airtel has disconnected by number on 29th December because of nonpayment of bill.

For past 4 days I am contacting them and not getting any response. When I am calling 121 they are saying your phone is disconnected and they have receive only Rs.4500 and asking me to deposit Rs. 9000 more.

Airtel collection agency who has taken the payment and their numbers are 9717590160 & 9717590158 are giving different answers every time and assuring me for past 3 days that my mobile start working soon.

because of Airtel I have to face lot of embarrassment as my mobile no was not working on new year and people were calling me for new year greetings.
