I used to have a post-paid connection: 9790700989 using AIRTEL service till June. I had to travel outside Chennai and submitted a form to discontinue my services. I had to pay Rs 678/- to close the connection as I was told that the discounts will be applied at the end of the month. The refund amount of Rs 332/- has not been given to me yet.
Despite repeated complaints and follow-ups with Airtel, there has been no response from AIRTEL.
I request you to take action on this as AIRTEL has been very irresponsible in responding to this.
