Respected Sir,

Sub: Amount deduced for AIRTEL radio – regards.

1. I am temporarily living in the above said address. Call came from AIRTEL Office on 5/1/10. I was attending the call and disconnect after a few minutes. I never press any key in my mobile.

2. I received a message from AIRTEL Office stated that they have charged rs.30 for subscribed AIRTEL RADIO.

3. I make a call to AIRTEL office and registered my compliant. The customer care officer told me that the amount to be refunded after 24 hours. After that I received the message stated that unsubscribed the airtel radio. I never subscribe the Airtel Radio. But I received the message like that.

4. The amount was not credited in my account.

5. Again I make a call on next day from my mobile. I couldn’t talk to customer care officer. Only I here voice recorder that is send a message to no121.

6. I sent a message to no.121. The reply of my message is contains no complaints menu. How can I rectify my query?

7. I make a call from other mobile. The customer care officer received my call and he told that the amount was deduced because of I was press the key 3 in my mobile at the time of attend the call from AIRTEL Office.

8. Sir please do the needful and many peoples who don’t know to read this type of messages, definitely they loss their money.
