I had taken the Airtel Postpaid connect in the plan offered by my company and Airtel Sales Executive (Mr. Mateen). The GPRS charges he had offered are Rs.199/- unlimited for the month, but my Nov. 09 GPRS charges in the bill was Rs 804/- and the Dec' 09 is around Rs1600/-. I had mailed several time to [email protected] and called Airtel Service call center. But unfortunatly i never got positive feedback and no one is working on that. i really surprised when i saw to this month bill with huge GPRS charges. i was following from the last bill, i had paid as i dont wnt interruption in my services.
