Illegal deduction from talk time

Dear sir,

I am having airtel sim connection no. 9950894903.i am using internet Rs 395/- unlimited plan for 30 days .this month i have recharged internet on 12.01.10 at 3.13 pm .next day it got activated.while surfing they send a SMS from 54321 (attached with complaint) regarding deduction of Rs99/-from talktime.

also for the same mobile number in 22nd dec'09 without request they have assigned me a dialler tone and taken Rs30/- from talktime.(attached with complaint)

so i request you to take action against them so that i will get my money back.
