New connection not functioning

New post-paid connection activated lately, 9892565686, functioned for 2 days. Post activation, got a call from airtel service centre quoting dolphin bill as address proof won't do. Meanwhile, Airtel comfortably suspended incoming and outgoing facility. Submitted address proof, been close to 2 days, still connection isn't functioning, be it incoming or outgoing.

Sorry, customer sensitivity is clearly missing!
