SIM registration cancelled

Hi, I have been user of Airtel Post paid connection since 2006. Due to my address change (the address was updated and in formed to Airtel), i never got bills from Aritel since last one year. Last month, my outgoing was cancelled without my knowldege and then it is like hell. Every other day, there is this disconnection. I have still not got the bills till date. I called customer services help desk and they could not solve my problem. then i spoke to Mr. Pranav (supervison), he was so nice at speaking, but worst by virtue of wroking. no solution from him. the i called his immediate manager (Sukhda, if i am not wrong). She is also of no use. She promised me that my bills will reach at the given address the next day and it is now 10th day, but the bills are still not there.

Interestingly, i got a message saying that your bills could not be delivered as the person does not exist. More interesting is that, i could get the calender sent by airtel on the same address.

This is absolute harrassment from Airtel side.
