Sim activation

This is Mohd Akram Khalidi, i have took the sim 25 days before

my mobile no. is 8897575150

my out going and incomming calls was barred since from 12 days, i consult the person who has given me the sim, I give him two times my photo and iddentiti proof (driving lincence) but their is no response & sys take other sim.

i hope my problem will be rectified
