I had taken SIM card from AirTel which was made life time. Since there was network problem I had to frequently give the complaint but no improvement. Then I took another SIM card from Air Tel which was having the same problem so I returned (disconnected) the new sim card for which I had paid Rs. 500 as a deposit which I have not yet received. On my old SIM card account Rs. 53 were balance. Due to network problem I had siwtched it off. Once I checked its connection & found working & showed the balance in my credit. But next day the service was disconnected. I want my old sim card to be operated & Rs. 500 to be refunded by the company for my new sim card which was surrendered
