Misbehave by the customercare boy

Espected sir,

i called to the customer care service to the airtel on 07/03 sunday at 02:20am for my queries buy the guy responding to me really disappoint with his rude behaviour. he argue with me n said is thid the time to call go n take sleep when i said its the duty of you to clear the queries of your customer he says you come n do the job. i said then why should co. pays you he said you are not my payer sur bt i am the loyal and old customer of your company i have 8 airtel connections 6 postpaid and 2 prepaid in my family earlier i was quite satisfied but this thing really disappoint me. i called from 9876792192 (prepaid) mb. no. you can check his rude behave from your records for internal training at above time and date. and he also said you will see wht i will do with your this no. now you will cry i said ok and he deducted rs.30 from my balance in my pre paid no. when i asked about his name he suddenly disconnect the cal so its a request as ur old and loyal customer kindly take strict action against this and refund my balance otherwise this will make a negative impact on the goodwill of your such a prestigies co.
