I want to re complaint for an issue which stood unresolved till date, upon balance inquiry on jan6, airtel as always displayed 1 of their current offer, that with a recharge of Rs27 and all airtel to airtel calls will cost 1paisa/sec and airtel to other mobile it will be 1.2paisa/sec, and with this i will get a balance of Rs24, this was supposed to be credited within 48hrs, but this money is still not credited.
When i called the customer care and talked to a senior executive, he talked in a very uncivilized manner like i am his servant, and said that offer was not meant for my number and put down the phone with a bang, is this the way they deal with their customers??
If that offer was not valid for my number then why that particular offer message was popping after every call, and why do they not mention that this recharge was not valid for all the customers, and when we ask about such offers to the retailers, they say that this will be valid for my number. Why is that airtel does not inform their retailers about who are entitled for these offers, the customers suffer due to the companies negligence.
I hope you'll look into the matter at the earliest.
