Sir, i am satisfied with air tel services from last two months i had complaints so many times but not appropriate resolution given to me ..

i have a subscription of 1 year pack from 4 august OF HELLO TUNE but my hello tune was unsubscribed on 13th December automatically only in 4 months & 9 days .actually on 13th December i called in customer care to change my hello tune but rather to change it the agent reactivate my hello tune..and my hello tune pack was lapse. i have complaint so many times but i got benefit of only 45 rs after that again 20 rs was deducted ..sir please kindly check and gave me remaining benefit of 7months subscription ..I also complaint at nodal officer and appellate officer but no resolution given to me they only told that reaming balance will provide you but no balance gave me... reference no nodal officer gave to me:2302201013326
