i am Sujeet Kumar have a complaint against Airtel Pune regarding negligence with valuable customer.
I have applied for airtel postpaid sim connection on 21 Feb. I gave all the relevant documents and an initial payment of Rs 300. But i did not received the activated sim card or even any response from them. Then i went to their customer care outlet at Wega centre Pune on 6th march then there i was misguided to several other outlets with further frustrated me.then later finally i was assured that i will getting a refund of the amount paid on monday date 8th March but neither the customer executive came nor any call. i have been trying to reach them but they are not picking up my calls. so i would like to register a complaint against them.
