Airtel Reduced 200 Rs from my account last week charging me for some services which i did not use, when i called the customer care guy, he said i downloaded some thing and subscribed for some service via airtel live, but the point is there is no airtel live available for any blackberry handset, i told that i am using a blackberry and there is no airtel live for it, the customer care guy knows this .. but he refuses to accept it, later. he promised a refund... now its been a week now have not got a single pisa from airtel.. i still call the customer care daily.. but its of no use they promise to refund but donot refund...
same thing has happned to me 3 months back they used to reduce 10rs from my account saying i was using yahoo messenger.. and this has happened around 5-6 times..
