Airtel is proving worse day by day... I am unable to acess the *121# and *123# services on my mobile. Whenever i type any of those, immediately i am getting a message saying that "Not Available"... I have complained twice. When i complained for the first time, the operator promised me that the problem will be rectified with in 24hours and its been more than 72hours... Airtel failed to solve a simple problem.

I called another time to complain, then the operator told he is connecting it to some higher official. I waited for sometime and after 10min the call got cut itself. This happened to me many times and later i came to know that the reason they are doing this stuff because these days they are charging if we call customer care. They are just making me stay on hold, so that they can charge me. They dont provide me the solution, so i will call them again and again...

How shameless Airtel has become...
