Dear Sir/Madam,
Here i have dispute with airtel landine services from October to till date before october i had plan permonth Rs 750 for unlimited internet. then on october 22 i had change plan to Rs250 normal plan.
Then they show in november'2009 downlaoding charges which i had not used i had complainted about this issue by email and calling to customer centre till now i didn't get response what they they activate my landline 0129-4013532 for 7 days then again they discounted for all month from december to till date they doing this.
Yesterday i recieved call frm faridabad airtel customer the number is 0129-4086492 to my mobile number. They talking missmannered and abusing . so told them i don't want to use this connection anymore.
So please sir let me know wat i do with these problem. Awaitting for reply
