Don't change my plan

I had called Customer Care on 7 feb for cancelation of two lanline S.T.D P.C.O connection. Both P.C.O number is 45070112 and 45070113 (bill plan 800 per moth). Customer Care Executive saied to me sir don't cancel these connection i changed your bill plan.i agree to change my bill plan (change bill plan 349) only on one connection and another connection i want cancel.change bill plan number is 45070113or cancel number is 45070112. Customer Care Executive informed me that the bill plan changed until next billing cycle.i paid all bills both number.on 9 feb. my S.T.D P.C.O 45070112 canceled but dn't chane my bill plan on this number 45070113.after this problem Customer Care Executive behave not good he not give me right information.now monthly bill comeing 800 after change plan.

I hope my request will be considered and please reply me as soon as possible. Hope that you will take right steps within a small span of time and oblige me.
