WRONG CHARGES

I received a message from Air-tel customer support 5432181 on 25/03/10 at 8.18pm that a sum of Rs 30/- have been deducted and charged from my prepaid balance on account of " Mitti ke Rang " and I am fail to understand without my any request, how can they do

so, even after calling to customer care no body was able to listen and sort out the problem. This problem is still pending, today i.e. on 06/04 at 5.32 pm again I received a message from 54321 that a

sum of Rs 15/- have been charged from your account on account of "renewal for life-pack subscription" where as no such type of request has been forwarded by me to Air-tel. This type of cheating I faced earlier also, but not cared deeply. Now within s short span period of only 10 days, Air-tel has deducted and charged Rs 45/- from my prepaid balance amount, without any request and means
