I have purchased my sim from Airtel showroom, south-ex, and after few days i recieved the message that ur document is not been submitted a sper govt. rule.then i called up customer care executive regarding the same.they said all of ur document is perfectly all right, just ignore that message. Yesterday 9/10, the sim registration got failed. For this reason i need to face so much of problem and after that when i visited Airtel showroom sec-18, noida, they said u need 2 go to southex for ur instant ubarring of the number.i then went to south-ex, they shifted their showroom from there.
AIRTEL is a big time CHEAT, this service provider should be removed. They dont know how to deal with customers and provide wrng information.
