Deducton of 30.50 rs

Respected sir,

I, santhosh, here by complaining about above said company on deduction of 30.50 rs from my mobile account on 7th april.my mobile number is 9901309208.

I have registered two complaints in airtel customer service by call. complaint number is 0407272364 regarding deduction of 15 r.s at 3.00 p.m. once and another complaint number is 0407312581 regarding deduction of 15.50 rs again on same day at 3.20 p.m.

Airtel customer technical team gave feed back to me that i have used Airtel Live on mobile accessing several websites through GPRS service. BUT AS FAR AS MY KNOWLEDGE I HAVE NOT USED ANY OF THE WEBSITES THROUGH AIRTEL LIVE AND NOT ACCESSED INTERNET ON THAT DAY THROUGH MY MOBILE HANDSET. now they are telling that they have usage records of my account.they even talked harshly on me.they dont even refund my amount.

technically speaking, how the internet gets accessed by itself without anything done in my mobile handset BY ME?

why should they deduct my money without any usage by me? why should we hear harsh and hard words even after deducting my money only? they deducted my money through their network but asking us to follow the Airtel outlet to get details about our usage why? are they using business tricks on normal people and getting us into trouble? I need a technical reason behind the usage and deduction about my money and apologise from the airtel service and refund my money.
