Over paid bill amount not received

I have paid Rs.100/- extra at the time of post paid connection to pre paid connection. the over paid amount not been received back till date in r/o my phone no.9871690225, the two months have passed. Over payments deposited at Sheeba Tel, Jail Road, they assured that the over payment be come by cheque within one month
