As i am using airtel network mobile number 9790552424.now i am using the airtel gprs one month pack.airtel customer care told as your downloading speed is 40kbs to 60kbs and also i should contact the GPRS technical department they also told in our transimitting speed is 40kbs to 60kbs. but now i am receiving only 5 kbs .in this speed is not enough to utilizing 2GB in one month period.so please increase the speed.
