I had launched for the poor network service since october which was accepted on nov. to confirmed they had conducted the survey for that locality.
But still till date that problem is not being fixed also had informed them that will not be paying until and unless this issue is resolved.
They had called on january that this service issue will take another week to fix it, so i waited but still not fixed finally i had to discontinue the service cause not able to pick up the call from inside the home. To recive or make call every time i have to get outside.
Now they are asking to pay the bill.
Why should i pay the bill?
Should i pay the bill for call disconnection and to callback them?
