My mobile No.9894827307 fallan in a drainage water on 10.4.2010. I did not take the mobile and sim card.
From 10.4. I have been approaching the Local Airtel Office in Ponneri a number of times to provide a duplicate sim card. I have been asked to approach one Mr. Vinoth Kumar who was not available in the office.
I was being neglected by the airtel office in Ponneri, Tiruvellore district. The services of Ponneri Airtel Ofice are not satisfactory. Theyare not responding to the customers satisfactorily.
I will bring this matter to the Trai in detail to close down the airtel offices who are extending their wholehearted services to the airtel customsers.
One person who has claimed that he he is a close associative of Mr. Vinoth incharge of Ponneri airtel office is often giving negative reply to me. He is not interested to extend his wholehearted service.
They have demanded Rs.150/- to supply a duplicate sim. I have already prepared to pay Rs.150/- also with ageproof residentail prooft. They did not respond properly. It is
