I have an aritel landline telephone connection of number-01143601975. Due to some reason I have to surrender the connection put a request for the same on 27-mar-10. I have paid all my dues on 28-mar-10 and again put fresh request for the same with request no 30948052 but no action was taken till 04-apr-10. I again approach telephonically to airtel and raise my issue with request no 31202876. Nothing happen till 15-Apr-10 and I again approach to customer care of airtel who raised my complain with request no 31714128.This time cancellation department call me and told that my line were not disconnected yet and I have to deposit rental till 20-Apr-10. It was told to me that my line would be disconnected immediately after putting the first request for calculation. So why should I pay the rental till 20-Apr-10. I put my request on 27-Apr-10 and line must be disconnected from that date. I request you please take some appropriate action that my faith with airtel remains same.
