Dear Sir/Madam,
I had taken an Airtel Broadband connection at my residence. The performance of the connection was not at par with what was promised while selling the connection to me.
Unsatisfied with the connection performance, I had written a mail to Airtel to disconnect the service. The mail was written on the very next day to my connection activation date.
Since then there has been no activity from Airtel side towards disconnection, but they are continuously sending me bills and payment reminders for the same.
I have conveyed my desire to disconnect the connection during several of the customer care calls, but every time instead of taking a disconnection request each time they said that they would remove the technical problem which is creating hindrance with optimal performance of connection.
What should be my course of action from here.
