23-04 I called (7.00p.m to 7.30) to Airtel Customer care 121. I spoke with ony guy. He used mostly

Bad words, I was very very dis appointed, i cant continue my work, Then i spoke with (121) c.c Mr. Richard

floor Manager, I informed him, Then he asked my that coversation with that particular time (it was recorded

by Airtel only), Then Richard asked me sorry, and sacked that guy also. this is not enough for me, I want to seviar action against on him, i need clear explanation From AIRTEL
