Regarding mobile connection

This is to state that i got i call from airtel office malad about getting converting prepaid to postpaid connection. The conversion was done but now due to documentation problem it has been barred. I called up the concerned people regarding this but no one is taking it seriously. Now it has been 12 days but no action has been taken. Even they told me to submit more documents and i submitted them.
